Beef Tomahawk Steak

The beef steak tomahawk is taken from the prime rib of beef. It is essentially a large beef ribeye steak with at least 5-inches of rib bone left intact. Beef steak tomahawks are full of flavor and nicely marbled, and the rib bone adds to its flavor.

Being naturally tender pieces of meat, they are an excellent choice of beef steak for roasting and can be used in any beef dish that requires thinly cut beef. We highly recommend grilling the beef steak tomahawk; season and finish it with some butter to bring out its true flavors.
