Wagyu Beef

Wagyu beef is a prime cut of beef that comes from certain Japanese breeds of beef cattle. The word ‘Wagyu’ itself means ‘Japanese Cow’ but, these prime cuts come from no ordinary Japanese cows. Only the four best Japanese beef cattle can produce Wagyu beef prime cuts.
Well-known for its rich fat content and marbling effect, Wagyu beef is undoubtedly the best beef in the world.
Hence, we highly recommend seasoning it lightly before searing to perfection, or you can go all the way and grill over ‘binchotan’ (Japanese charcoal) in a small hibachi to enjoy the real taste of high-grade Japanese beef.
